Fat Guy Hits Sign 2 is from 2008 made by retardedreject23, whose real name is Sarah. It’s not a “big” meme. Fat guy is one of her friends, Devin. Most of retardedreject23’s other videos in her channel,involve Devin in it somewhere. His first appearance was in Fat Guy Misses A Catch.

His next appearance was in Fat Guy Kisses A Jew, where, you guessed it, he kisses a Jewish friend of his.

Then finally, he decides to “fuck a sign up” and decides to call himself “reckless.”
