"I CAN THE POWER!!"'s origin seems to be in a grammar error in a thread of the popular website "FunnyJunk.com", most likely in the NSFW section, do to the original threads context. This is probably a unintentionally hilarious result of poor English:
“100 nsfw uploads. I can the power returning already>:D”
Usage
Often compared to "An Hero," "I Can The Power!!" is a term that somewhat changed from the intended meaning. The original was a statement that was supposed to mean "I can feel the power" apparently leaving out the intended and very important "feel" in the sentance, but almost immeadiately after its origin and/or creation the phrase took on separate usage in the form of "I/You/He/She/Anything Can the Power" meaning simply that the target of the remark (I/You/He/ect..) is the definition of awesome
Because of similar rhythm in the statements, it is often coupled in some relation to "He-Man's" expressions, usually some form of "I Have the Power," He-Man's Tagline
