Patrick Eaves Shootout Fail

On March 27, 2010, the Detroit Red Wings and the Nashville Predators were playing a 11-round shootout in a 0-0 tie. Up to plate is Red Wings forward Patrick Eaves. The Result:

Eaves stumbles and completly misses the net. Though the Red Wings won it, Eaves’ team picked him apart about the “Epic Fail”.

Eaves didn’t feel embarrassed at all, finding the situation “hillarious” and having this to say:
It was pretty awesome, Great reaction from both benches. I think it made everybody in the arena laugh, too. I was laughing as well"
The views on youtube skyrocketed to over 200,000 views in less than a day.
