Planchi is a user from "Electronic Things Foro" (known as bocajuniorsarg there) that suffers from extreme loyalty to the soccer/football team Boca, compulsive purchases, innability to know what he really wants (to the point where he ends up selling anything he gets later down the road) and often making disturbing comments that makes the conversations with him the more awkward. This meme was generated as a sort of parody towards his quirky personality and often questionable decisions.
