Special Instructions are photos of unusual pizza delivery requests. These often take the form of drawings on the pizza box, or even cutting the pizza itself into special shapes. This bear similarities to The Great Pizza Orientation Test.
Origin
One of the first “special instructions” photos was posted on 1/17/2009 on myconfinedspace.com with a pizza cut into isosceles triangles.
A Redditor claims to have taken this version with the pizza cut into concentric circles.
