Waffleman(also known as HEY BRO I MADE YOU SOME WAFFLES, YOU WANT SOME?) is an image macro of what appears to be a black and white image of a severed head resting on a staircase, often portrayed with waffle-related images or text.
Origin
Waffleman originated from the Facepunch thread "Another Possible Valve ARG", a thread discussing the "Found on the Tape" ARG, whose youtube channel uploaded two strange YouTube videos, including "Clip094.mp4," which contained an image of a severed head resting on a staircase, with a woman looking on.
Several Facepunch users expressed their fear of that scene in the thread, until user brandonsh made this post in response to the image to make the image seem less scary.

Spread
After brandonsh's post, many users posted derivatives of it in that thread, began using Waffleman-related avatars, posted Waffleman-related comments on several Found on the Tape and waffle-related youtube videos, and made their own Waffleman-related videos. There is even a Waffleman Steam Group.

That sound was far too loud to have came out of our TV, it sounded like someone behind me ES YU WANT SOME?
