As you may know already, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic its a meme itself.
It's like their ruler, Princess Celestia (aka Molestia, Trollestia due to her being the ruler of Equestria and her lack of concern over other ponies problems, rather than her student's or her friends. A clear example for this is on the episode Sweet and Elite), it is almost everywhere.

On every MLP FIM episode (daily life and any other media of course) there's a meme that hasnt been discovered yet, it is just waiting for you to find it.

A clear example would be this. I was watching the episode "Baby Cakes" which is the 13th O_O of the second season, then i see these babies do this WTF like face and it comes to my mind to make a meme out of it.

Many memes had been extracted or made from this cartoon, but yet a fitting WTF meme of it is very rare.
