One of the most excessively used phrase usually using the names Bill/Bob/Ted. Usually coming from some cliche soap opera or sitcom movie. Describing a joke or someone who doesn’t exist.

The phrase “Bill/Bob/Ted from Accounting” has appeared in many movies, shows, and even just daily life as a joke when talking about someone who doesn’t exist.


It is unknown exactly what movie or show this is from or if it even originated from TV but it is widely used it shows and movies as part of a phrase.
