The General Consensus is that the phrase is used in an argumentative atmosphere to express ones opponent's lack of experience with a specific event or to point out that ones opponent is lying. While it gained speed on memegenerator, it is still likely the phrase originated from an enraged gamer/internet user who, in an uncontrollable state of anger, arranged his grammar so as to embarrass himself.
