Five Nights at Freddy's - Spinglock Failure

That would make sense seeing as the theory is that an employee was killed while inside Golden/Springtrap Freddy to to a springlock failure and because of that they pulled out all the mechanical insides of the suit while the employee became phantom Freddy.

And I do like the idea of this being the thing the kid saw rather then it being the purple man stuffing a kid in a suit, it actually makes more sense.
