Without the context of the ask this is just sort of odd.

If the residents of the undergound are monsters, can they qualify to be Satan's little helpers? Can the underground be considered as Hell because of it?

If both cases are true, then HOW CAN IT BE POSSIBLE FOR A CHURCH TO EXIST IN HELL!?
