Though, I wouldn't say Lapis was "nerfed" it made sense that she can't do much given how little water Homeworld has. Unlike on Earth where she's easily the most powerful gem in the universe. (Though, still a little sad that she doesn't even get a single moment to shine unlike Bismuth and Peri.)
