Is your comment supposed to be implying that one is better than the other? Both are pretty shallow ways of trying to get the attention of a specific demographic.

I'm no fan of fanservice either, but I find it a little less bad on account of it being pretty genuinely low-brow and not even pretending to be anything more than that. Kissing for progressiveness, on the other hand, makes you look like a good person when you're pretty obviously not. Hell, you might even believe in your own lies.

Honesty, or lack of it, is what clinches it.
