Involuntary Celibacy / Incel - Grauniad of Femcels

One thing I noticed when reading the article is that only one of the "femcels" is actually a virgin. I have been under the impression that virginity is a key aspect of being an incel. With that being said, I feel like the author could have extended the principle of charity a bit more. Many of us men really are overlooked for things beyond our control, yet they insist that our loneliness is entirely our fault.

there is something oddly surreal about that entire article. it's bizarrely supportive of femcels and at the same time completely dismissive of incels. it goes on about how femcels aren't misandrists, but at the same time makes sweeping generalizations of men, in a way that does come across as at least a little sexist. some of the femcels interviewed straight-up say that they can't get a date because they're too smart and that this intimidated men(which makes zero sense to me, because who would see a smart partner as a bad thing?). the comparison between femcels and incels is consistently in favor of femcels, claiming that they can't get a date because of misogyny, and that, unlike incels, femcel communities are constructive and positive(which shows that whoever wrote the article has never been to a femcel forum before). it's just so blatantly biased in favor of the femcels, it feels like it was written by an actual femcel.
