K.Eia I don't delve into this muck of a board, but I do quietly enjoy watching some of these with my little sister, and some on my own. It's peaceful, a relaxant. peaceful, a relaxant. Today when I read this, I gave up. I decided to stick to the re-runs. This season has been spotty at best and the future's not looking any brighter. It's not the fact that the majority of Twilight-alicorn fans are in it for the p---, or trolling, or T'm okay with it because the really obvious signs that everyone could see were something I pointed out so I was RIGHT haha!' It's the fact that they took a plain, nerdy character that my little sister loved and bastardized her for money. You can 'epic journey' me all you f------ want, they never claimed Princesshood was 'given' before this (at least not explicitly in the show) to 'super good ponies'. And what the f--- does this say about the princess status? The princess cliche is old and tiresome, and I babysit kids as a part time job and not a single f------ one has ever said '1 want to be a princess when I grow up. That's tired movie cliche b------- and the few that do say do so because they have been fed to, that they believe being a princess is some magical thing where you get whatever you want and instantly loved by thousands because you married well. And, newsflash, THATS NOT A F------ HEALTHY MENTALITY. So pull your b-------. My little sister dissolved into sniffle tears when I told her Twilight was becoming a princess (mind you, I simply said it in a dull, lifeless tone, I didn't shout). Because she looked up to that candy pony as someone who could read books all day and have friends, and she's doing that pretty well. Now she said, in her own words Thats not like Twilight. I don't want her to act like a princess! Thats not fair to everyoneľ.
