This was pointed out back when images of the cards were leaked, but It doesn’t make it any less awesome.

(Seriously though, guys, this is the kind of thing that makes me believe that Hasbro is not as dead-set at destroying all traces of Derpy as some of the rumors have been saying. It’s not on the show, and this isn’t first party merchandise, but presumably these things still need to be Ok’d by a Hasbro, and I think they would have just instructed them to assign her the old Ditzy Doo name, given her a generic description, and swept the whole thing under the rug if they really wanted to avoid any association to that whole debacle. (Or better yet, just not have them make a Derpy card…) Instead, they have Derpy standing on the card’s nameplate, which is a pretty sly reference to the whole controversy.)

Sadly Derpy cards can't be found in regular packs. They are promo card through either events or special packs.
