I always thought the Holmes fandom was the far worse version of the shrek fandom; An anti-fandom that was generated to mock and satirize fandoms like bronies, sonic fans, beleibers, etc., which people started taking seriously and turning into a perverted hodge-podge of missed irony and distasteful fan-art that nobody could tell was ironic or serious.
