Someone on Reddit pointed this out. Crimson Glove has always been a part of Senketsu. You can see it in his sleeve in an episode 3 flashback.

I guess Aikuro just took the glove for himself for some reason.

Can we mention how badass Ryuko was today? And she only had one peice of Senketsu.
