I think the problem for a Pinkie was that she kept doing it in the episode. The first time she did it, in which Rarity paper slap her and called her out on it, we could let it slide. But then she kept on doing that. Even when the others shown to disapprove it.

Actually its a very on the nose and well articulated opinion piece on what is wrong with Pinkie Pie (or what has been wrong with her since season 3 began). I find myself agreeing with some parts while disagreeing with others, but have respect for how well the author shows his side of the story. Give it a read if you haven't already. Its ironic for me really, AKR is both simultaneously responsible for both the high (Pinkie Pride) and low (Pinkie's portrayal in Fili Vanilli) points of season 4 for me thus far.
