I think this image is meant to point out only the butthurt trolls who insult Bronies after seeing just one or two pony-related pictures. Can it be used as an excuse to spam ponies? If misused, then yes. But that's not what OP intended the image to be used for (at least I don't think). Sure, there are people who would use this as an excuse to do just that: spam ponies. But, that doesn't mean we can't use it for the occasional butthurt troll.
