By seeing gifs like there I always have to ask myself: why haven't I already watched the anime it's from?

The manga for this started out interesting, and then became incredibly crazy and all over the place, like the author couldn't figure out if he was writing a shounen, or a light novel with the ammount of text being presented, not to mention the antagonist that was hyped to shit, and ended up doing nothing in the end. The only saving grace for it was this fucker right here:

They should have just made the manga about him.
