The fact that it says I can't breath on it makes me think that it's probably an intentionally shocking (and likely poorly thought out) ANTI-racist statement.

Worst part is that, while the "Can't Breath" case was definitely police brutality, according to press reports the police supervisor was was black and thus it was probably NOT race related.
Horrific Police brutality? Yes. Race? Probably not.
