Morbius was one of this year's most anticipated films. Starring Jared Leto, Morbius follows the origin story of an antihero in a superhero universe. It has ties to the Marvel Universe and attracted a wide array of fans who were excited to see what the next big superhero (or supervillain) movie had in store. Many people were thrilled to see Morbius in theaters. Until the reviews all came in, that is.
At the time of writing, Morbius has a 16 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, and viewers are roasting it as nonsensical and poorly developed. We were all sad to hear that most people absolutely hated Morbius, but that hasn't stopped many of us from seeing it anyway, only to be mad at ourselves for wasting the time and money.
