Donations shouldn't be going towards paying people not to wear masks or funding someone's backstage concert pass. They don't need your money. You're better off just burning fistfulls of cash, handing blank checks to strangers or buying an NFT.

But while these people's requests may be ridiculous, they're also pretty funny, since the people behind them actually think they'll get money out of these horrible GoFundMes. And it's completely possible that they will, because some very rich people will spend their money on just about anything rather than donate it to a worthy cause. Some of the examples here have already received hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations.
