Sometimes, many of us only put the minimum effort into whatever it is we're doing. It's just part of the experience of working a low-paying job in this economy. But generally, those of us who find ourselves in this situation still care about our jobs to some extent, and slacking off is a relatively uncommon thing. However, there are a few people out there who love to do nothing but slack off, and clearly couldn't care less about the repercussions.
