Here at KnowYourMeme, we've covered musical inspirations of celebrities, both for good and evil, but we've yet to cover the work of the common man. And boy howdy, the common man is turning out some gems.

Twitter user @LydiaBurrell has been compiling a thread of the cringiest Coronavirus-themed original music videos and song parodies on the internet, and it's frankly one of the best laughs we've had in the past two weeks. If the videos prove anything, it's that it's impossible to shoehorn words like "coronavirus," "quarantine," and "social distancing" into popular songs, but God bless these people for trying.
