In the modern state of involuntary celibate discourse, many incels believe that their voice could be the cause of their "virgin" status. In their everlasting struggle against so-called "Chads," the incels have created a Voicecel Test which allegedly tells them which side of the binary they fall on.

Created by a company called Raccoon Labs this month, the test has already gone viral on X, formerly Twitter, quickly gaining usage and reactions from men who want to know how deep their voice is compared to their competitors.

In turn, many want to know where to find the test and how to use it. Let's explain.

What Is A 'Voicecel?'

For starters, let's explain what a "voicecel" even is. In online discourse, using the suffix "-cel" is in reference to the word "incel" which is short for the term "involuntary celibate." Across online forums, for the past decade, men have been calling themselves incels because they've never slept with a woman despite trying to. Thus, they've deemed themselves incapable (due to many physical and social factors) to ever have relations with a so-called "stacy" (their word for a "basic" yet attractive woman).

Therefore, a "voicecel" is a man who is an incel because of his voice. This predominantly means that his voice is too high-pitched. In the average incel's mind, if a man's voice vibrates at a low frequency, he'll obviously have an advantage when attracting a woman, dubbing him a "Chad" (their word for a "basic" yet attractive man).

Where Can I Take The 'Voicecel Test?'

To take the test, visit the website voicecel.org. It was created by a group called Raccoon Labs, specifically two guys named Vers and Lukas who originally announced the test on X over the weekend.

How To Take The 'Voicecel Test'

Once on the website, click the blue button that says, "Begin Test." Your browser might ask for access to your microphone. Click "allow" and then speak into your microphone. You can say anything that you want.

After you talk, the Voicecel Test will measure what frequency your voice vibrates at. Any voice higher than 130hz will be marked as a "Voicecel" while any voice lower than 130hz will be marked as a "Deep Voice Chad."

So, good luck! But remember, don't take the test results too seriously.
