Prominent YouTuber CoryxKenshin made his return to YouTube last year after taking a long hiatus, but the horror game enthusiast has become embroiled in a new controversy after a former girlfriend posted a series of TikToks accusing him of mentally and emotionally manipulating her and being a toxic boyfriend.

The creator's videos went viral over the weekend, but also divided internet users between those who took the allegations seriously and those who think that "getting played" doesn't warrant trying to cancel someone.

On July 13th, 2025, TikToker @PandaNinjaXxofficial posted a video as part of the "Bacon Avocado" trend to reveal that she once dated CoryxKenshin, saying, "He hurt me really bad, and I'm not the only one." The video gained over 500,000 plays in a day.

She followed up with three slideshow posts that detailed her version of their relationship in 2018, describing it as emotionally and mentally taxing.

According to her, Cory kept their relationship a secret, ghosted her after being seen with another woman and responded insensitively to her cancer diagnosis after they broke up, calling her message "the most passive-aggressive cancer reveal ever."

She also shared a supposed screenshot of Cory messaging her, "Bcos I’m trying to f--- your life up some more," later adding, "That was a joke geez." In the final slideshow, she alleged that Cory had friends, including a woman she refers to as N and a man named Brandon, keep watch on her Instagram Stories after their breakup, and additionally claimed to have connected with other women who experienced similar treatment from him.

Later the same day, @PandaNinjaXxofficial posted a video clip in which she and Cory are seen walking together and he can be heard saying, "I actually did something to you while you were asleep too," to which both she and Cody laugh. The video received over 1.6 million plays and 60,000 likes within 24 hours.

What Happened After @PandaNinjaXxofficial Posted Her Video?

As her posts gained traction on social media in mid-July 2025, some users on Twitter interpreted the clip of Cory "joking" about doing something to @PandaNinjaXxofficial while she was asleep as an admission of actually having hurt her or touched her inappropriately while she was sleeping, as seen in the responses to the following post by @2ripe_.

On July 14th, 2025, @PandaNinjaXxofficial clarified in a now-circulated post that Cory never touched her inappropriately or physically harmed her.

X user @_KayRie posted a screenshot of her clarification, writing, "Word DIRECTLY from the accuser. Now y'all can stop mislabeling him."

That same day, @PandaNinjaXxofficial went on TikTok Live with TikToker @alphaxalfa to repeat that her intention was not to accuse Cory of something he didn't do, but to seek an apology for how he treated her.

That didn't stop other internet users from casting doubts on the credibility of her screenshots. On July 14th, TikToker @sw4etg0re reposted a screenshot from an unnamed source who claimed to have helped her doctor the Xbox conversations. The post was later circulated on X by user @AutisticKungLao.
