Yesterday, Amazon announced that it had signed up actor Samuel L. Jackson to become a new voice option for its virtual assistant, Alexa. According to the company's website, for 99 cents, "Sam will give you the weather, play your favorite music, tell jokes, and more." However, this price is only for the introductory period, and the fee will increase to $4.99 after the service kicks off later this year.

Upon hearing this news, fans of the actor and Amazon users rejoiced on Twitter, especially after hearing that there will be a setting for explicit language. Amazon did add that while he'll be able to answer a lot, "Sam won’t be able to help with Shopping, lists, reminders or Skills." Below, Twitter users celebrated the news with GIFs, memes, and a whole lot of profanity.
