Night In The Woods Studio Cuts Ties With Alec Holowka After Sexual Abuse Allegations
Less than a week after game developer Zoe Quinn accused Night In the Woods co-creator Alec Holowka of mental and sexual abuse, Infinite Ammo, the company he co-founded, announced it was cutting ties with Holowka.
Immediately after Quinn's accusations, which included incredibly graphic depictions of sexual abuse, Scott Benson, another co-creator of the game, voiced that he believed Quinn's accusations and would make a full response shortly after. That response game late Wednesday, as Benson tweeted from the Night In the Woods Twitter account that the company was cutting ties with Holowka.
This week, allegations of past abuse have come to light regarding Alec Holowka, who was coder, composer, and co-designer on Night In The Woods. We take such allegations seriously as a team. As a result and after some agonizing consideration, we are cutting ties with Alec.

Additionally, Benson announced the team is cancelling an unannounced project and postponing a physical release of the game. Finji, the game's publisher, announced it was cancelling an appearance at PAX West in light of the allegations.
After making the allegations, Quinn stated that they had received a deluge of stories from others that Holowka had hurt. She wrote, "I'm so sorry I waited this long to come forward but now whatever happens to me I don’t think I’ll regret it."
