Social media's most controversial content house, the Bop House, is under fire once again for working with the high-profile 17-year-old influencer Piper Rockelle.

Rockelle has been going viral lately for posting videos with the content house's members, including Sophie Rain, and all of this comes just months after her mom settled a troubling lawsuit leveled at her by 11 children she used to work with.

So who exactly is Piper Rockelle, is she part of the Bop House and what's up with the lawsuit? Here's what you need to know about the controversial teen influencer.

Who Is Piper Rockelle?

Piper Rockelle is a 17-year-old dancer, content creator, influencer and singer known best for her lip dub and dance videos.

She's been posting content online since she was 9 years old in 2017, first gaining prominence on YouTube for her vlog, challenge and prank videos. Over the past few years, she's become more popular on TikTok and Instagram.

Rockelle and her mother, who manages her content, are often the subjects of controversy. Many think Piper's content is too provocative for a teenager and acts as bait for unsavory viewers.

The blame for this is largely put on her mother, Tiffany Smith, who just settled a $1.85 million lawsuit relating to Piper's career.

What Was The Lawsuit Against Piper Rockelle's Mom?

In 2022, 11 children from the "Piper Squad," a content creation group of child influencers that was run by Piper Rockelle and her mom, sued Rockelle's mom, Tiffany Smith, for exploitation and abuse.

The lawsuit alleged that Smith didn't pay the kids and physically, emotionally, verbally and sexually abused them.

Originally, Smith tried to countersue, claiming they were extorting her and making things up. That countersuit was quickly dropped though. Finally, in November 2024, the lawsuit was settled and the plaintiffs were awarded $1.85 million from Tiffany Smith.

While the case was settled, an ex-member of the Piper Squad has been going viral for speaking out about the specific abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of Tiffany Smith.

She's spoken at least twice on the matter, once during an Instagram Live in which she talks about how traumatic the situation was. While these are allegations and have not been proven, many have found them highly concerning given their severity.

Is Piper Rockelle In The Bop House?

In December 2024, the Bop House, a content house made up of "spicy" content creators, launched on social media. The Bop House quickly gained millions of followers.

Soon, people started asking for them to add Piper Rockelle to the house, despite her being underage. The Bop House members responded to this with jokes about how they'd be arrested if they added her.

However, in February 2025, Piper started posting videos on her TikTok account with members of the Bop House, and some of these videos seem to be taken at the Bop House.

While the videos mostly feature Piper dancing, her association with the women of the Bop House has garnered backlash, with many again pointing the finger at her mom for letting her work with adult entertainers while still a minor.
