He looks pretty manly, if you ask me.

Fact is, Natsuru has expressed direct hate for the "gender system". Not the Biological Aspect, but the Social Aspect. To Natsuru, gender is an excuse to pin stereotypes on people, and keeps people trapped in a social cage.

He rarely confirmes his gender because of this, and because "If they know my physical self they will not know my mental self. Even if my mental self is largely feminine."
