Here's the deal.

I've been pretty busy with working, other business, being a lazy bastard, and going through Dank Souls 2 and other unfinished games. All that has once again caused me to neglect drawing for quite a long time. I've got 5-7 pictures on my list of stuff to draw, so I really need to get used to drawing again, and get rid of some of the rust, so that I can tackle my own drawing backlog.

Unlike my previous drawing threads, in order to prevent backlog and big requests from killing my inspiration, I'll keep this thread nice and simple. I'll simply stick to stuff I'm mostly used to drawing, which is fanart of anime chicks, and maybe some monsters.

So, if you want me to draw an anime/cartoon/vidya character, or some monster from vidya gaems, go ahead and request stuff. I'll keep this thread up for as long as I feel like drawing this time around.

Nice to see one of your threads again, Muumi. As I don't know what to request, I'll stick to the memegirl of the season: Umaru Doma (you can choose if you want to draw her in chibi or normal form)

Just do whoever you feel more comfortable with, easier, who would look better with your art-style, etc. or if you decide to do it at all. I'm fine with either pretty much. By the way awesome shit so far. My favorite this thread is Samekichi's request. Stay cool.

…about 18 requests on the backlog. And I thought I'd get only a handful of requests when I limited the amount of stuff I'd do.

With my current pace, that's like 9 days.

If you need to, close requests and select what you would like to do. There is no way in hell I would ever be able to catch up on the backlog in my art thread.

Yup, maybe it'd be best just to close requests for a while, and work on the requests that are at hand. Every pic I manage to draw, always nets 2-3 more requests. If I close comissions, people lose interest, even if their stuff is pending. And if re-open the comissions, I get flooded with so any new requests that I'd just have to close them again. There needs to be a better way for me to manage requests.

I just draw too slow compared to the amount of requests I get, and since I use these threads to help myself start working on my own stuff, I can't make more than 1-3 scetches a day, depending if I have other work.

Maybe the best option would be to go on first come first serve principle. Open requests, accept the first three requests, close the requests, deliver three requests, re-open the requests for the next three fastest?

Take your time no rush, no pressure.

I've been working on a new picture of my own lately, and finished Dank Souls 2, so I've had less time to work on the stuff for this thread. I'll probably continue working on my own stuff, and start Bloodborne, but I'll work on your requests on the side.

Pretty difficult to work based on such a small picture.

I've got the rest of the week off, so I'll try to get back to drawing during the weekend, and get some of the old requests done. I'm also playing Bloodborne, and working on the other picture I mentioned before, so I'll draw what I have time for.

I haven't been able to post anything since my craptop crashed and burned, and I had to go for almost two (surprisingly nice) weeks without a computer. It also meant that I had the time to catch up with this thread a bit, even though most of my time was spent on work, Demon's Souls, and Rogue Galaxy.

New requests are still closed, but I'll keep drawing stuff and posting when I can.

For my next trick request, I'd like Flannery and Revy smoking on a New York City rooftop. For Flannery, replace her knotted shirt with a vest, get rid of the towel around her waist, and tone down her hair a bit. Also, try to make her facial expression more toned down as well – she suffers from pyromania in my fanfics, and isn't nearly as goofily adorable as she is in canon (though it isn't like she's not allowed to be happy). No significant changes to Revy. As for surroundings, bottles of rum and Flannery's Torkoal are optional.
