Using the Cut tool in paint is just simply painful, so I need some assistance on photoshopping in MS Paint. (Can't afford the actual photoshop).

Use paint.net. Its free, and has some similar features. You can use a magic wand like tool to select an outline for you too.

I'll have to check it out.
