I need to make one of those memes like, for example "What's your fairy name?" The one's that use the letter of the first name and/or birth month to make silly names. I can't find anywhere to help me make one. Help???

To answer your question, there isn't really any "meme generator" like advice animals or rage comics. Really, your only options are MSpaint, Adobe Photoshop, an online image editor, or anything other similar image editor program to create this yourself.
