I don't think the displayed dislike of Belle Delphine reflects upon any supposed stigamtisation of sex-work. People on the internet don't bat an eye at the existence of PornHub and show anger when hentai sites get shut down. If online pornography is widely approved but Belle Delphine isn't, supposed stigmatisation of sex work cannot be the cause of Delphine's disapproval.

There are far more successful people in the entertainment industry than her, yet people don't appear to display hostility against them out of envy for their talents and wealth. The thing is that people differentiate in the (supposed) quality and merit of a product and the effort that the creator puts into it, independently of the wealth it generates for its creator. For this reason people laud talented musicians, authors or even online personas like PewDiePie, because they appreciate their works and/or consider them genuinely entertaining and likeable people.

By the logic that easy success breeds jealousy and spite Pewds would have to be one of the most hated personas on the internet, considering he made himself a millionaire by playing video games and making jokes in front of a camera, something that most people can only dream of. Turns out he's still widely popular, and I don't think people would gleefully cheer if his Youtube channel would be taken down, unlike with Delphine's Instragram.

Making ahegao faces into a camera and selling your risque pictures and bathwater may be a relatively easy and profitable endeavour, but don't expect any great praise for it from the wider public. If one wants to be jealous of a smart and successful enterpreneur there are probably far better ones than someone who built her entire fame around being fap material for "thirsty gamer boys".

I really don't see what the problem in how she makes money. She isn't hurting anyone or doing anything unethical. The only complaints I see are "she is taking advantage of lonely people" which makes no sense. Like saying McDonalds takes advantage of hungry people. She isn't tricking anyone or begging. Not that i'm aware of, at least.

Difficulty of work is relative, depending on what you measure it. Some categories to measure job dificulty would be:

Qualification
Delphine's work doesn't require any sort of qualification, unlike doctors, lawyers, engineers, teachers or any other field of work that demands years of academic study and a degree to fulfill it.

Physical demand
It certainly isn't physically taxing, unlike many min wage jobs. Sure she has to stay in shape to keep her looks, but it's not like it's backbreaking, musclestraining labour.

Mental demand
It may be mentally demanding to manage her online presence, staying in touch with her audience and constantly producing content to keep them interested, but I doubt that it's that stressful and time consuming that she's in danger of overworking or burnout.

Responsibility
Her work doesn't burden her with great responsibility either. Her acts and decisions do not decide over the fate of any great number of subordinate employees, vast sums of money or over lifes of other people, unlike upper managers in large enterprises, judges, doctors, military brass or high ranking politicians. Whatever mistakes she may do concern only her and her business. The stakes she's dealing with ain't very high.

Danger
Zero. Work-related accidents or death are nigh impossible in her field of occupation.

Competition
I do not know how competitive the e-thot scene is, so I can hardly judge on that part. While there may be swathes of e-thots inhabiting various platforms, very few reach such notoriety like Delphine, and it is evident that the market is far from oversaturated. It's not like she has to live in fear of being eclipsed and pushed out of business by her competitors any time soon.

The only skills Delphine's work requires is knowing how to apply make-up, some basic knowledge of photo editing and social media savviness.

Luckily for her we live in a capitalist society where even somebody without any noteworthy qualifications or exceptional skills can freely start up a business and come to riches with nothing more than good looks, some charisma, entrepreneurial spirit and a scoop of luck. And of course a capitalist society where plenty of people possess enough disposable income that they can literally give it to some girl in return for some lewd pics and superficial attention over the internet.

qualification as in some degree or something? Sure, no, but as in "a quality or accomplishment that makes someone suitable for a particular job or activity." yes, absolutely. Running a successful social media profile takes a lot skill and experience. Some companies charge hundreds or thousands of dollars to apply their experience in internet marketing for your website/company

Most min wage jobs just have you standing around and/or walk around the store. jobs like warehouse and construction work isn't min wage.

I just spend over 7 hours editing photos over the course of two days. Its very mentally exhausting. This assumes she edits her own photos though. Its probably a mix between her editing photos and having someone else do it, idk.

Of course she does. Just like any content creator, if they don't keep up with current trends and start to get lazy, people will move to someone else. There is an endless amount of sexy cosplayers.
