I Think I Like Boys is a redraw meme format based on a TikTok video by @ve3ara in which they film themselves crying and rocking back and forth on the ground under the caption, "I think I like boys." The video was posted on November 19th, 2024 and became the subject of edits that day after it was screenshotted and posted by X / Twitter user @KNlGHTKASA, encouraging others to "draw their favs" as the TikToker.
Origin
On November 19th, 2024, TikToker[1] @ve3ara posted a video captioned, "I think I like boys" in which they rock back and forth on the bathroom floor with their head in their hands, as if distressed, garnering over 1.1 million views in two days.

Later that same day, X[2] user @KNlGHTKASA posted a screenshot of the video, writing, "we should draw our favs as this," garnering over 111,000 likes and 14,000 reposts in two days.
Spread
The image became the subject of redraws over the following days, with numerous examples being posted as quote-retweets to the post by @KNIGHTKASA. For example, on November 20th, 2024, X[3] user @zzzaiwan posted a version redrawing the subject as Shadow the Hedgehog, garnering over 18,000 likes in a day.
Later that day, X[4] user @boredasfffff posted a version of the meme replacing the subject with Vegeta from Dragon Ball and replacing "boys" with "Kakarot," garnering over 4,500 likes in a day. On the same day, Tumblr[5] user narutulien posted a version of the meme referencing Transformers.
