Anyone can start a new entry. Please follow the Style Guide and try to make entries look somewhat like other modern entries and not just random blurbs or walls of text.

Moderators and Site staff generally do not trust brand new users with editing existing entries, especially if you have no other site activity or have a name that looks like an obvious troll. Anyone who makes a random account could easily vandalize entries. General rule of thumb is get 3-4 good entries out there before mods are really willing to throw editorship around, but if you know of an obscure meme that technically has an entry but is in deadpool and/or has been abandoned you are more likely to be able to get editorship for the simple reason that you probably won't make things worse.

Your claim would be helped by links to posts with dates that confirm that you are the meme originator. Your post is just a blurb with nothing in the post to explain or verify anything.

If you want to be taken seriously, it would be better if you had a name that didn't scream obvious troll and a linked to posts in question. Make some contributions to the site and more will consider you trustworthy enough to edit entries.

I just signed up to ask. I don’t want to start a new entry I want to edit an existing one. I don’t know how to do that. I also don’t work for free so I can’t create elaborate entries where ads will be displayed on them without being compensated for it

None of the entry writers get paid, only site staff do. Unless you link to the posts you say are the origins of those memes nothing will be changed, and if you do give those links then people who already have permission to edit those entries will make the changes.
