But yeah this ain't helping WotC's reputation in the slightest. They already got a lot of flak for the attempted OGL changes from earlier this year which they did thankfully back off of after getting tons of backlash, but sending the highly controversial Pinkerton organization, one that has a literal century of infamy behind it, after a YouTuber after he accidentally got sent unreleased Magic cards a month early is pretty extreme.

It' wild to think that the Pinkertons still exist , I thought they were relegated to American stories of the 19th to early 20th century story, but they're still busting unions for Amazon.

Pinkertons remain what they always have been: the thugs for hire of big business.

When people say we're in gilded age 2.0, I didnt think it they meant it so literally.

Sounds more like a yugioh plot.

Dang, when did Seto Kaiba begin running WotC?

He obviously took advantage of Bakura putting Pegasus into a coma to enact a hostile takeover.

At least Seto is willing to duel for the cards.
