I've got another question--
Why are people killing themselves?

to prove a point.
like for instance, i killed myself, to prove that i was a villager, ergo, you are mafia.
problem?

But now I'm wondering. If the host lost interest… maybe he didn't mention it was a tie because he didn't care. That would mean that Douglas didn't have to kill himself and that both Wheatley and Douglas are innocent. It would help to get some clarification on the last village kill.

But I'm NOT mafia. It was a tie, Douglas, which could mean that all those that voted for both fellows were innocent. You're basically killing yourself because you're afraid of getting voted off, but you're just making it easier for the mafia to win. You're completely off and it's going to cost us the game!

It seems like it. I should have time tomorrow to do leisurely things (potentially tonight,) so I'll count up the votes and see if there was a tie. Previously, PWNED let you guys know about ties, so I'll assume that it hasn't changed.

Speaking of Itiz, do you want me to take over the game again, bro? I'm pretty sure my time doing classwork is less than yours currently, so it wouldn't be a problem most of the time.

Oh, so now that wasn't a tie? I'm withdrawing my vote for now pending further information; I only suspected Wheatley given that Douglas was a villager.

I wonder when the other users will come back…

I hope we don't have to end this game like we did the last one (FYI: A nuclear bombardment an an orgy was involved)

Rocks fall, everyone spontaneously erupts. But seriously, I'm wondering if we should wait for those people to say something or start a new game because no one seems to care anymore.

I guess we had too many players this time. It went on for longer that people's attention spans could afford.

Try sending a PM to the missing players and tell them to vote. If they say no…well, game over.

I'm thinking it might be time to end it, even Itiz has left. We could always just orchestrate a Godfather-style execution sequence, and kill off all the absent players, and see who's left. That or a nuclear bombardment, as BSOD said.

Perhaps a sudden death-like final showdown where the mafia reveal themselves and both mafia and villagers start firing on each other, gang-shootout style.

One kill per post every 2 hours or something like that. Those who are paying attention win, those who are not…lose.

I'll launch the nukes if Itiz won't/can't. I had completely forgotten that I said I would count up the votes from the last round, but it may not be worth the trouble (not much at all, really) if the game is over in essence.

BSoD! Well, He's not in much of a state to respond now, so I'll let him off the hook so far. I guess the game will continue, and I'll take up hosting. Until we know that the interest in this game for most of the users is gone, we'll just keep it up as is.

EDIT1: Apparently, Itiz's last post was more than 42 hours ago. I'll count up the votes that were in on time.

EDIT2: No one submitted a vote by the deadline…so there's a tie.

If the voting is as weak as before, then I'd hate to blow up the game myself. I'd say some kind of sudden death would be best.

@Iambob (as for your question about the potential tie before this tie.)

If I counted correctly in the last day phase, then there was a tie. Between Teh Brawler and BSoD.

PWNED was only hinted at the tie.

We should have a Mexican standoff. If it comes down to that, I'd love to write it. I wish I had time to make a flash of it.

He was immediately mowed down by rabid lawn mowers, because the lawn mowers were rabid. Riyku was a villager.

I don't know how that would work out, robot thingy, but I'm intrigued.

Okay so if Wheatley wasn't necessarily mafia, then I'm forced to drop all charges against her. She's done nothing suspicious. Which brings us back to Witch King. I've said before that I find him somewhat suspicious (check back through the last few pages). So, I vote for Witch King.

Mexican standoff time. I'll vote Leox. Now lets get a tie between all existing people started so we can watch something cool happen.

opspe was on his way home from the meeting. Most of the villagers had lost all hope of survival: something that he figured would happen given "unfortunate" the start of the mafia hunt. He didn't even think that they could find someone to take out the person they had voted dead. We wasn't made aware of anything as of yet. No one called him or slipped him a letter like usual.

Which meant one of three things: they weren't going to bother anymore, they simply didn't let him in on the hit, or he was the one to be hit.

67% aren't bad chances the mafioso thought smugly. Unfortunately that would still be a failing grade if he was in school. And he was about to be schooled. Just then, the remaining villagers began to walk calmly towards him from all directions. opspe was on foot, and he knew he couldn't run through the crowd. But fighting would offer better chances than staying still and surrendering. Another unfortunate problem would be the narrator, because he wouldn't allow opspe to break through the incoming line of villagers as he wanted, nor did he allow him to fight off the incoming blows from the villagers. opspe of the mafia was beaten to death brutally, right in the middle of the street.

I'm not going to say anything about the voting tally, but I will say that this game should end. How should it be done? Or do you disagree? If so, 42 hours mafia.

Verbs, some clarity is needed. If there was no tie, then the only vote that counted would be Witchy. That would mean that the other two who voted are mafia.

Ah, Falcon you meant "Did Wheatley's vote get in in time?" It was about 30 minutes after the 24 hours had passed. So no.

All I can say is that there was no tie. I can't give anymore clarification than that without being unfair.

Okay guys, Wheatley is mafia. Think back to the time BSoD died. There were two votes for Brawler and BSoD. This ended in a tie. Opspe threw in his vote for BSoD, that means that a mafioso DID indeed throw in their vote for Brawler. That mafioso wasn't Douglas, it was Wheatley. Oh and, Brawler is mafia too. Now let's finish this game.

I'm not mafia. I can't be, because I would know if I was. And I'm not.

Did you ever think that maybe, just maybe, there was a bit of a miscount?

Nope, reviewed it three times, reread it three times. The votes were even, it was a tie. If one of the voters threw in a false vote, another must have thrown in a false vote. Douglas killed himself and proved he was a villager, that leaves you. A false vote means you're mafia.

I can tell you why my vote wasn't counted.

Itiz and Verbs are obviously robot racists. I know. I'm shocked too. I was told time and time again that there was no such thing--Wheatley, there's no such thing--but from where I'm hanging…

I--I just don't know what to say. I'm appalled really. Speechless.
