Hi everybody! This is, as the title of this thread indicates, a Hurt/Heal game, because we haven’t done this enough times already. However, this one is going to be run a little differently.
You have 40 competitors. All start out with 15 health points. There will be 5 stages to this game. I will keep track of the score and stages, and announce when each stage ends and the next begins. I will also update the score periodically.
Stage 1: Upper Hand-The first 10 unique posters in this thread may buff whomever they want in the game by healing them once. This puts one (or more) competitor(s) above the others with one or more extra life point(s). HOWEVER, you may only heal one competitor in this stage, so choose wisely.
Stage 2: Right Through-After the end of Stage 1, the real action begins. Every two hours, every user may heal one competitor and hurt one competitor. Kills are rewarded in this game: if a user finishes off a competitor, they are awarded with a kill that could be useful in Stage 4. This stage lasts until 10 competitors have been killed.
Stage 3: Battlefield-This is where things get really interesting. Now with 30 competitors still alive, each user gets the option of hurting two competitors and healing two competitors every three hours. The catch is, they can’t receive credit for a kill if they take this route. Until 15 competitors have been killed, this stage continues.
Stage 4: Elite-This is where the kills come in handy. Users with kills can cash them in as health points, to be awarded to the player of their choice. YES, THIS DOES MEAN THAT USERS WITH KILLS CAN BRING COMPETITORS BACK TO LIFE. Users can either divide their kills out (for example, if a user has 5 kills, they could give 3 to one competitor and 2 to another, or give them to five different competitors), or give them all to one competitor (award 5 health points to the same competitor). The “hurt and heal two” option from Stage 3 is no longer available in Stage 4. In Stage 4, users can hurt one competitor and heal one competitor every hour. Kills acquired in Stage 4 are meaningless. Until 5 competitors remain, this stage continues.
Stage 5: Sudden Death-The final battle. Users may only hurt competitors, and they can hurt every two hours. This is probably the simplest round. The first place winner achieves God status, second place gets Demigod status, and third place gets Close Enough status.
If you have any questions concerning the gameplay, send me a PM rather than asking in this thread. Thanks!

I’ll also be playing, but out of courtesy for the rest of you, I’ll refrain from buffing a competitor in Stage 1. I’m sure you can guess who I’d buff anyway.
STAGE 1 BEGINS NOW! LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
