I'd fix a few things

• Frontpage more meme examples
• Frontpage some non-English meme examples
• Images in the Tumblr gallery can never be frontpagged unless dealing with news about the website itself (meme images from Tumblr in the correct galley are fair game)
• Allow single image copies to be in multiple galleries.
• Fanart uploads should come with source or an honest attempt to find it.
• Mandatory Tagging
• Intentional crap tagging means suspension
• Ban internet paraphilia outside of it's own gallery
• Ban images that are primarily softcore porn
• Ban fun
• Ban Riff Raff
• Ban everyone

• Return the Show, create entertaining content to draw a crowd rather than draw a crowd by keeping up with current events.
• Designate a Community Manager like AmandaB. Somebody who likes talking with us. (I tried to get Bob to sign up since they are hiring for Admins at the moment and he lives in the area, but he wouldn't do it.)
• Designate Admin Jobs as Confirm Prepping and running the Blog.
• Make front paging of just confirmed memes mandatory.
• Merge Forum and Comment Moderator jobs.
• Add more user leveling content. More titles.
• Record Image Tagging Activity and add to Profile.
• Remove Profile Karma Ratio, keep totals.
• Move Meme Research back into it's own category.
• Merge Media and move into Discussion.
• Bump Just for Fun to the top of the Fun section.
• Remove Herobrine

Close riff-raff, ban RP, and disallow shitposting.

• More maymays.
• Frontpage a deadpooled meme once a month as the designated "forced/cancer meme of the month".
• Return the show. Invite vloggers to help meme on people. ??? Profit.
• "Gold Member" accounts would be paid for and ad-free. The current "Gold Member" title would be just be "Lurker" like it's counterpart.
• Number of views on your entries you work on (legit views, not bot views) would add to your "meme dollars" and help pay for your gold membership.
• Meme dollars could also be used for special titles.
• Any title with "member" in it would now be "memeber".
• Add community polls once a week that you can vote on by signing in.
• Update the Twitter account more than twice a year.
• Any signed in memeber can now edit articles, but only mods can make the edits go live.
• Delete system32 on all servers.
• Attach magnets to the servers so it will increase bandwidth.
• Drink more alcohols.

- Rename KnowYourMeme yo KnowYourRole
- Now every image is The Rock
- Riff-Raff is now RAW

- Have tight and strict rules on Bronies, posting outside of you designated areas with MLP becomes an offense

- Delete the GamerGate comment section and lock the gallery

After a few more days of being a member here, I have some new rewls…

- Encourage shit posting and forum shenanigans.
- Make the Fun section of the forums more popular.
- Make sure a hell of a lot more topics are put into memory lane
- Daily Don worship.
- Daily Cake worship.
- Make mods go on missions to spread the not well known memes
- Make mods go on missions to improve KYM reputation across the interwebs
- Tame comment section and Riff Raff.
- End all Forum vs Comment Section wars.
- Establish section of forum for roleplaying.
- Get rid of Facebook comments.

why direct when you can dictate

Have any comment mod regulate and moderate BOTH KYM and FB comments.
Find a way for KYM and FB commenters to directly reply to each other instead of having two separate sections.
Allow porn, but not genitalia porn.
Get rid of down votes on the forums.
Lock GamerGate.
Deadpool entries that were in submission for over a year unless it's popular with the KYM community.
Add forum signatures.
Add custom site backgrounds.

Less chicks, more dicks. :^)
