If you want to be rude yeah, I mostly hear 'Fuck outta here!' from the young men here though

We've got a lot of variations, but yeah. Very common phrase.
in finland we dont say that but we say "martti mehukatti on loppu hanki lisää perkele" and i think thats beautiful
What's the meaning of it?

Rude, vulgar way of saying "Go away" or "Shut up", depending on the context. Can also be used jovially to mean "I don't believe you" somewhat like "Hey, did you hear Nic Cage suplexed a bear?" "Fuck off, where did you hear that?" Like most curse words/phrases, it can mean a lot of different things depending on context. Fuck can have ten different meanings depending on the words around it.
