Ok, I'm updateing my Bio:
Name: Natsuru
Age: High school
Sex: Kampfer, Being a Kampfer means you are female regardless of your original sex. But can switch back to your original any time you want. For Natsuru it's only on occasion.
Type: Mage, Fire Thunder Light and eventually Darkness.
Weapon: Magic Bracelets.
Battle Assessment: Natsuru is an offensive Mage who's spells get better with use. Most attacks can become crazy powerful/ spammy with use.
Stats: Natsuru is especially weak to Physical Attacks, but extremely resistant to Magical attacks.
Bio: Joining the party near the start of the Game because she thought it would be fun, Natsuru has full knowledge of being in the game regardless of everyone else's ignorance to that subject, and will quickly criticize any generic plot twist or stupid loophole made in the story. Natsuru also makes friends with all the Traps in the party.

Natsuru's updated attack set:
•Lv1: "Kampfer Fire Ball" (MP: 5) (Fire Damage) (The amount of Fireballs fired increase by one every 10 uses) (There is no cap for Fireballs, can be more effective later in the game if Spammed)
•Lv3: "Lightning" (MP: 7) (Thunder Damage) (High critical hit ratio) (Upon critical hit, a demotivational poster will appear with the saying "God hates {Insert enemy name here}"
•Lv5: Laser Beam (Mp: 6) (Light Damage) (Whatever the hell that one Japanese Baseball Meme was)
•Lv7: "Kill it with Fire!" A small twister of fire appears under the enemy before exploding. Voice clip to be used is from Team 4 Stars DBZ Abridged. (MP: 15) (Fire Damage)
•Lv10: "Lightning Blade! -->Super Lightning Blade!" combo. The most spammy combo in Tales of Symphonia comes complete with Kratos Aurion's manly voice. (First half- Mp:10, if Natsuru has 20 more MP she will continue into the Super Lightning Blade.)
•Altered Arte: "Sonics Too Slow!" Sonic thrust and Super Lighting blade. It's not as powerful but slows enemies down.(MP: 25) (Decreases enemies Speed and Initiative Rate.)(After using Lightning blade super lighting blade 50 times Natsuru will learn this)
•Lv15: Link's "Sword Laser" PEW! Plook! (MP: 30) (Physical + Light damage) (Power is increased by how much health Natsuru has.) (After 300 uses, the entire party's)
•Lv20: "Flame" Causes a small tornado of Fire with random "Problem?"s and "Cool Story Bro!"s coming out. (Mp: 33)(Fire Damage) (Tornado Effect hitting multiple times) (Duration of tornado increases every 50 uses) (Thus, if spammed will become extremely powerful by endgame)
•Lv25: Pikachu's "Thunder Shock" Natsuru makes a Pika! CHUUUUUUUUUU! Sound and makes electricity flow though the air and strike the opponent. (MP: 35) (Thunder Damage) (Damage Caused is multiplied by how much health Natsuru is missing.) (After 100 uses, entire party's missing health)
•Lv30: "Illusion Laser" Marisa's alternate attack to Magic Missile in Touhou 6. (MP: 37) (Light Damage) (Summons butterflies to fire the lasers. Number of butterflies increase every 60 uses, lasers get bigger every 30 uses) (Cap is 20 Butterflies and 40 Power increases.)
•Lv35: "Lava Rain" Self Explanatory. (MP: 48) (Fire Damage)(Area of affect) (Hits multiple times at random, with a small potential of missing) (Duration of rain increases every 100 uses)
•Lv40: "Special Beam Cannon" Taken from Piccolo from Dragon Ball Z. (MP: 54) (Lightning damage) (Takes a minute/ x numbers of turns to charge up, charge is canceled if Natsuru takes massive damage/ faints) (Charge time goes down by 5 seconds/ a turn every 25 times used)
•Lv45: "Mikuru Beam" A high powered laser fires out of Natsuru's Eye. (MP: 56) (Light Damage) (Has a chance of causing half damage to other targets)
•Lv50: "FAIAH BALLZ YUM!" Yoshi will eat all fireballs and fire off a flame beam more powerful than the fireballs shot. Super Mario Land Cartoon voice clips. (MP: 60) (This calls Yoshi to the field for a set number of turns. If Natsuru or anyone else uses a Fireball attack, Yoshi will eat all fireballs fired and fire them all at the target when he leaves, causing x3 the damage the fireballs would have by themselves.) (Combined with the endless Fireball increase Natsuru has this attack becomes devastating. But likely chance is you are going to have to grind before it becomes good)
•Lv55: "Indignation" The gate to hell opens up below the enemy causing God to close it again with his smiting powers. Spell taken from the Tales Of series. Effects used should be that of Vesperia's Indignation. (MP: 70) (Lightning Damage) (Area of effect) (High Critical Hit Ratio)
•Lv60: "Judgment" Natsuru grows rainbow angel wings before Lasers rain down from the sky and strike the enemy at random. Attack taken from Tales of Symphonia. (MP: 74) (Light Damage) (Area of effect) (Duration increases every 40 uses)
•Lv65: "Rexflame" The entire party is transported to the sun, incerateing the enemy party. Taken from Fire Emblem. (MP: 78) (Fire Damage) (Area of effect) (After 100 it will Arte Alter into…)
•Arte Alter: "Flare" Tormods Occult Attack combined with the Rexflame attack. (MP: 80) (Same as Rexflame with a 100% critical)
•Lv70: "1000 Bolts" Thousands of Spellcircles form a sphere around the enemy target and strike with a blast capable of taking out a Victory Class Star Destroyer. Attack taken from Negima. (MP 82) (Lightning Damage) (Area of affect) (High Critical Hit Rate) (Enemies DEFENCE will be halved)

•Lv80: "The Killing Doll" Knifes are thrown in a circle around Natsuru and redirect themselves at the enemy target. Attack taken from Sakuya from Touhou. (MP 90) (Physical Dark Damage) (Number of knifes thrown increases by 1 every use)
•Lv85: "Screamer" The screen goes black with a "Darkness" ("Ill attack the darkness with magic missle"~ 8 bit DND) and a "Huh" (Zelda CDI) before a screamer flashes on the screen with a loud demon like screech.(MP: 83) (Darkness Damage) (Stuns enemies for a turn)
•Lv90: "Evil Sign- Gigas Image" The image of Gigas apears in the backround and EFF's with the enemys minds and soul. (MP: 94) (Darkness Damage) (Stuns, Confuses, and poisons enemies)
•Lv95: "Sacrificial Summon- Tails Doll" This summons the Voodoo creature of darkness, the Tails Doll. (Mp 100, Hp 1/2 of entire party's) (The tails doll is summoned to the field replacing the entire party. He starts out at LV 50 and gains experience by giving or receiving damage. If he dies all the EXP will be handed off to the party members, but if he finishes the battle he gains all gold, items, and EXP that the party should have. His effectiveness increases at night) (Status caps are all 999,999)
•Lv99: "Magicannon- Final Spark" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0K-ZpO609Fg&feature=related (MP 150)
•Side Quest Learned Arte: "Cole Train Summon" This opens up a portal behind the party and they jump in. A few seconds later the Cole Train bursts out of the portal with a line such as "ALL ABOARD BITCH!" and running over the enemy party with an extremely damaging hit every car that passes by. (MP: 30) (Physical Attack) (Starts with 5 train cars) (Every 10 times used another train car is added, thus another high damaging hit) (There is no cap to the number of cars added, so it becomes extremely effective if spammed)
•Overlimit Arte: "Lunatic Bullet Hell". Natsuru grows out the wings she used during the Judgment Attack and absorbs power into her back before levitating in the air. Natsuru asks "Will your soul even survive this?" Before firing off a stream of multicolored bullets that would make a Touhou Lunatic player proud. She finishes off with a Master Spark and a cutscene showing the lazer shooting off the planet.
Natsuru's physical standard attack is very weak, but increases the MP count every time it connects. Total amount of MP recovered is increased by 1 every 5 successful hits. (So one successful standard attack will increase the MP bar up to 999 after using physical attack 4995 times)
The Side quest Arte is leaned through a Fetch Quest where Natsuru has to give Egoraptor a vial of ZOMBIE CANCER. To get it you must fight past Michal Jackson and his horde of Thriller Dancing Zombies in the reoccupied Graveyard to get to Dhaos, who can be immediately pwned if you know Indignation. "WHAT THE HEAK IS THAT!?!"

I will discuss Side Conversations with other characters later after we have the full cast.

Alright, here it is, either KYM-Tan or Dead Pool-Kun(you can choose either) is sitting at a computer. they are on the KYM Forums. BUT THEN, one member, leaves a link to a totally legit video. turns out that the video wasn't legit but a virus. they get sucked into the computer. now they are in their first tab. KYM is the first tab and will teach you the basic controls of the game. But 4chan is the actual game. so after the training part you move onto the first board on 4chan, Anime and Manga. then you fight your way till you get to /b/, which has been moved to the last for unknown reasons.

Actually, i thought that KYM would be like a team that, throughout the game, would gain members. It's based in the Rocketboom Institute, where the main character signs up for an intern job. While there, he/she stumbles on the Rocketboom Interwebs Tube Array, and accidentally activates it, send his/herself into the internet. There, the MC gains their first power, and impresses the scientists, who then recruit the MC into the KYM team

After the conversation, the player takes control of the character in a tutorial level. KYM is presented as a high tech office building with several floors labeled "Home", "Memes", "Episodes", "Forums", etc. and a good chunk of the Cameo NPC's appear here after you talk to them in 4-chan.
The main character is tasked with finding Len and Pwnzer as he learns about the controls, how combat works, and solves a simple puzzle (Push some blocks or something) to get into the Forums. Upon meeting up with Len in the General, you get introduced to Multi teammate combat and Enemy Weaknesses (Having Len attack one enemy while MC attacks the other). You repeat this once you meet up with Pwnzer in JFF (Which is depicted a giant child's playroom). The team will then decide to flush out all the Troll's that you have been fighting by finding the all godly BANHAMMER, located on the top floor. But upon getting to it, it's power is so great that it flushes out all the user's in KYM and spits them right out into downtown 4-chan.

I didn't come up with any dialog, but that should be decided by the Current Characters Present (Len & Pwnzer).

Idea: after visiting a tv/video game/manga based area, the MC and one or two party members gain something pertaining to that area's influence. So, in the Persona area, My character gets the Byakko persona and an Evoker, while Ashbot would get Cerberus (i think? idk) and one of the Persona Tarot cards. If the MC is male, the MC gets an evoker and the persona Izanagi (or maybe a meme-based persona….Zalgo?) while the female MC gets a tarot card and the persona Orpheus Telos (or maybe Inglip)

I really don't have much to say about the opening cutscene, but if you whant Cutscenes in 3D I suggest going for all out easy and useing MMD. Because contarary to popular belife, it is capeable of truely amazeing things if put into the right hands.

As for Voice Acting… good question.

The good ol' Miku Miku Dance. I would've done it, but my MMD program got fucked up when, for some reason, started using Adobe Flash Player to load and save motion data. Now I can't even use it. :(

That sucks. Maybe if you re-install it you can fix the problem.

That seems something a bit large and narrowed down to just a few characters, unless it has a direct affect on Gameplay or Story (An Attack, Power, Costume, Trophy, etc), I don't think it shouled be included.

What in IPU's name does Kym-Tan have to do with personas?

Despite my disapproval to your suggestion Angrypwnzer, It would probably be fine to insert a Persona Cameo or base one of your attacks on Persona. Because endless cameos are what this game is about, no matter how controversial the cameo may be.

Give a full detailed profile on your character and 26 attacks (22 lv up learned, 2 altered artes, a Sidequest Learned Attack, and a Overlimit attack) and you couled become playable.
And please be a striker of some sort, we already have enough mage's.

You have to admit, a boss fight with Shadow Ashbot or Shadow Angrypwnzer (Shadowpwnzer?)
would be epic! Don't know would Ashbot's shadow would be like, but my Shadow would be a psychotic self-loathing maniac, possibly even wearing a straightjacket.

Anyway, the levels are randomized, we have a couple of playable characters……. work begins this afternoon when i get home. All i need are some sprites, some enemies, some weapons/items, and i'll start filling the game's database!

Ok, one more thing, Milestone Request: Post a Demo after you have gotten the first level done. In that Demo have MC, You, Me, and Len's characters compleated up to LV 10 and at least 4 types of enemy's to fight and a slightly more difficult boss.

As for Battle Sprites I think we shouled use the ones from Tales of the World ND3 as our basic size refrence. I was thinking about modifying This guy to be you ,Sheena to be me and Johnny to be Len. We didn't disscus what type of fighter the main character wouled be so we shouled decide that before moveing on.

My Fire and Lighting effects can be found in this sheet "Fireball; bullet B, Lighting; bullet Q, Kill it with fire; bullet N and Ca" :http://www.spriters-resource.com/pc_computer/swr/sheet/14706 and my Lazer Beam can be found as bullet G in this sheet and so is my level 75 attack, Master Spark, is bullet E. And alternatly you couled use these for my lighting attacks

Me: "Then you have talked to the right person." Natsuru's theme plays "Im Natsuru."
MC: "Really!?! You don't look powerfull enough to go off on your own!"
Me: "Well, knowing this was a game of sorts, I determined that If I stick around the earlier level I can grind untill I gain more power."
MC: "Grind? Level? Ok, nevermind, can you tell me what you know about the virus?"
Me: "It came from the depts of 4-Chan and was posted in a link on KYM. I have been tracking IP Adresses left behind when he visited Uncyclopedia to post it there."
MC: "Allright, the renforcements have arrived, mind if we join you?"
Me: "Shure, just don't get careless and have me bail you out."

Me: "Sound's plausable. I retrived the person responible's IP Address from a diffrent website and followed them here. But 4-Chan encodes them so that's where my search ended."
Len: "You where able to go to a diffrent website besides 4-chan!?!"
Me: "Yup, but that's only because I had a Link to it in my Tab's before I was sucked in."
Len: "You miss, are are a savior. Lets team up to go stop the hacker once and for all."
Me: Giggles "Allright! Sounds good!"

After Natsuru join's the team a small talking head scene will present itself like in the Tales Of games. The 3 are talking to Natsuru.
MC: "Im shure glad we caught up to you, something might have happend with all these Pedobears around!"
Me: "Verry true, but most of them caught on fire the instant I flamed them, so they whern't really the problem."
Len: "What was?"
Me: "Well, there has been this freaky fish guy following me ever since I entered here, it's starting to creep me out."
Pwnzer: "I don't get it. Why wouled he be following you?"
Me: "Cause Im the only person not a Troll, Pedobear, or Newfag maybe?"
MC: "Stalkers are unavoidable at this point, especially with a/another Girl in our group."
Natsuru starts giggleing
Pwnzer: "If the stalker catches up by acident, Ill punch him."

Me: "If you ever watched Kampfer before you shouled know…"

Since Im assumeing there is a 4 person limit in hero's team I don't think my joining will cause the tutorial on switching characters.

Okay, time for my dialog thingy. It'll start with me defeating a few enemies in the general forums.

MC: Hey, you must be Len Kagamine, right?
Me: That's me. Len Kagamine, the best vocaloid ever.
Pwnzer: Miku's better.
Me: Say that again, and I'll unleash something worse than hell and death combined on you.
starts giggling evily
MC: Okay, well anyway, what are you doing here?
Me: Before I was sucked in, I was on Nico Nico Douga and Know Your Meme. The troll attacked there too. I'm trying to make my way there now.
MC: We can help you, let's work together to stop this threat.
Me: I'm also to trying to find Natsuru. He went off to find the source of the threat somewhere else.

Allright. After being sucked into 4-chan by the mystirous power unlocked by the Banhammer, KYM-tan/Deadpool Kun, Len, and Angrypwnzer end up in a town just called "Home Page." You meet several Cameo NPC's and people who just say random junk (Troll's). The town is simmilar to a shopping mall (And probably is in one) with several portals leading to random catigorys. The only portal open though is the one leading to LV1. "Yaranaika?" Guy is sitting on a bench nearby, and if you talk to him he will ask his question only to get rejected by whoever you are playing as. (Invent your diologe for this encounter.)
There is also a shop in this town to buy Healing Items along with a Inn where you can stay for free. (Tales Of style talking head diologe scene with the heros complaining about the place "Shitty Hotel, Part One." The conversatioin contiues as you gain more characters and return to the hotel.)
Upon entering LV1, a Megaman Style opening will apear showing the "final boss" for the stage. Natsuru (Still unamed as "???") will then enter and start complaining to the developers that "They compleatly ruined the suprise of who the first boss was." And will enter a Battle Sequence where Natsuru takes out the boss in one hit with an attack not even in Natsuru's Attack Set. And afterward promiseing a diffrent boss than the one shown.
