It seems to be a major trends in memes to have an MS paint variation that breaks down the joke, it's become so common that the idea of it being a critique is just as laughable as what these images are portraying the original memes to be, At this point it's become almost cliche for a meme to have a deconstruction, so it makes sense to have an article at this point.

I think that was already covered by Increasingly verbose memes
that doesn't really make too much sense, considering Increasingly Verbose Memes is a specific format that has little to nothing to do with the "critiquing" of meme formats that meme deconstructions does. Increasingly Verbose Memes might parody a meme, but they do nothing to deconstruct or give away the joke of memes like the examples I posted above

If I wanted to write an article I'd have done it already. The main reason I'm posting it here instead is that the prospect of researching this terrifies me

I would rather point out coaxed into a snafu, they do the job on deconstruting memes better.
