Could anyone clarify the meaning or story behind this meme?

In the game Bully (2006) there are collectibles. There are apparently 450 of them. Such large number might be overwhelming for the player hence perplexed Obi Wan picture. There is not much to explain here and I'm pretty sure you could figure it out for yourself.

Thanks a lot for your comment! Is it reasonable to suggest that this meme would apply to any game where collectibles are in the thousands, thus evoking a similar response?
