I'm confused… I thought that the ponies controlled the weather? did this come before discord or after? was this before civilization? couldn't they just seek refuge in their own respective cities?

I just don't really know where this would fit in.

I see it as being in the time of Discord. Because they were alicorns, Luna and Celestia were thought of as outcasts and not cared about. At the time of the blizzard (which Discord possibly caused for his own amusement), Celestia and Luna were the leaders of the ponies, with Celestia leading during the day and Luna during the night. After the blizzard the ponies rose up and bannished Discord to stone then the two princesses took charge.

wow, it makes a lot more sense now actually.

So were there originally more than two alicorns back then?

I would assume so. I would assume that Celestia and Luna's parents were alicorns as well. I'll also assume that their father lost control of the kingdom to Discord in a bet or game or something and ended up suffering a dark fate at the hands of Discord. I won't say he murdered him, so let's go with… he turned him into a rabbit. And that rabbit is now known as Angel.

^lol some one might turn this into a meme.

Speaking of Discord, I had a dream last night that he came back and that he was so ticked off that he tried to kill everypony. But then Spike somehow saved the day. I don't quite know how.

I have weird dreams.

makoncrayley wrote:

Regardless, it's still a good feeling.

What would the title be?
I always kinda had trouble with titles.
@TheAnti-Troll Well, let's compare your dream with one of mine. I was Pyramid Head, leaping through the meadow with the mane six. They had smily faces and I had a smily face taped to my helmet. Then flowers shot up.

I believe it was based off this picture

You must of had a vision of the last episode of season 2. Record that dream for future use.

You know, I actually really hope they have Discord return. I don't care if they use the worst excuse for reviving him, as long as he returns I'll be happy.

IKR? Discord was oh-so much fun to have around! If they are EVER able to top him, they will be deserving of some awesome award.

I'm not good with titles either, I more or less tend to come up with horrible names. I would say "Equestrian Prologue", but that sounds like the name of a full length fic. Can't think of anything else.

How 'bout "Requiems of the Day"? I have no idea where that came from. I just think it sounds cool.

I decided on "Equestria's Remnant", because Celestia and Luna are Equestria's last hope, or something

hey anyone has an IMDB account? i might sound a bit stupid but could you give a good score to MLP:FiM in it's IMDB page? it's used to be 9.2 and now it's 8.8 =( so maybe you should login and give it a 10..

makoncrayley wrote:

What about "Chaotic Awakening: The Story of The Royal's Fall"?

Edit: Or Equestria's Remnant, that's awesome as well. lol.

I'll use what you said, because I'm also gonna feature Luna's turn into Nightmare Moon being cause by the event of the fic.

Oh, nice. I wish you luck with the writing. May the zombie ghost of Edgar Allan Poe bless you with the inability to get writers block.
I now leave for bed, good night everypony.

Thank you for such generosity, and I bid you g'night.
Alright, this scene here is too awesome for it's own good

alright, back to ponies.
What would the name of Celestia/Luna's dad be?

“The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Rarity? The marshmallow which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Rarity? For we being many are one marshmallow and one body: for we are all partakers of that one marshmallow.” -Rarity.

wait….aren't Celestia and Luna goddesses?Or immortal?
Cause them having parents sounds weird(as they too must be immortals/gods),because that means they should still be around(being immortal and all that)
ANd do they have grandparents and so on and so on…that means there is an entire population of gods…where are they all?(not arguing, just seeking answers)

Someone had to create them
whether it be parents or magically created.

i think i could accept some form of magic to have created them…but parents not so much…

Well think of it like,
Someone created a creature with science, or magic. They creature would see them and follow them around, learning from them. The creator could be like a fostering parent.
Maybe that's the case with Celestia and Luna

Now that I can accept. But I do hope they decide to explain it in the canon..the fanon is nice but its just speculations.

Im gonna be posting my images that I draw. Hopefully Ill get a tablet/stylus thing next week and go digital with better quality stuff.

In order not to flood or annoy people with the drawing im gonna be posting one (1) image per 1 or 2 pages.

thank you

WHEW
Finally back!
Hello, everyone!
Uh, lessee, unrelated, but I'm just about done with chapter 6 of Blitz, should be up within about half an hour, Battlefield 3 beta's still fun, I have homework to do… hmm.
Anyways, ponies!

you know, after analizing the behavior of the fanbase i came to a pretty sad conclusion…

the bronies aree a very insecure and inconfident fan base….

they refuse to get bad opinions about them, they always seek attention. they get insulted very easily – you can tell by all the "U MAD?" pictures that always come in response to the haters. and they constatly try to get more people to watch the show..
admit it, you have seen bronies behave like that. and ill be honest. i behave like that. as much as i love this fandom i am really insecure about im constatly seeking more places with positive opinions about it…

i am no psychologist but think this has to do with the fact that despite how proud bronies can be they still feel akward for liking a girls' show and constatly search for more fans so they won't feel loenly about this….

either this. or I just some seirous problems…. =\

1.Im not a attention whore.
2.I try to ignore trolls the best of my ability& when i end up getting in fights I end up finding myself trying to make friends with the person.
3. I don't try to show my friends the show. They just want to know why I like ponies so much.
4. People who watch MLP: FiM are secure in their sexuality& in much more ways then normal guys.
5. Oh and some of my friends to hate MLP and I respect their opinion like any good brony should. If you don't like the show fine but you got to deal with me liking ponies tho.

I don't feel very awkward for liking this show. Probably because one of my best friends is a brony and he doesn't care who knows. My other close friends know but don't judge me because of his 'I like ponies, so what?' attitude.

Indeed, that was one of my favorite moments in TV history,
it still has its moments now though.

No fanbase is perfect. Just because there is a single little problem in a fanbase doesn't mean that the whole fanbase is absurd.

The brony community is the best community I've joined in my life so far. I do not regret joining the herd.
