I know this is probably a noob question, but does anyone know what sort of website or program I can use to convert video files (off my computer or off YouTube) into .gif files? I have some good ideas that I just don't know how to implement. For instance, this scene from "The Nice Guys" would be fantastic as an "Abandon Thread" image.

Giphy.com has a pretty decent gif maker, and is best for short clips like this
