Best Pilot Episodes?

What are some of the best first episodes to a show?

Something that really nailed the feel of the show and made you want more. What was so special about it?

It can be from a show that ended up sucking ass but the pilot was amazing

The only one that springs to mind for me right now is the Mandalorian. I found a lot to like in the episode, but the moment that really made it special was the ending. I'm sure even if you haven't seen it, you probably know what it is. I'll put the rest in a spoiler just in case:

I'd known for a long time how George Lucas had prevented any exploration into Yoda's species. Even in the old expanded universe there was only something like five or six members of his species making appearances at all. That includes Yoda himself and that one other master on the council, Yaddle. To see an infant member of his species appear, and as a significant character no less, pretty much sold the show for me.

That's not to say of course, that the rest of the episode was lacklustere or anything. Just that this part really made me excited for the rest of the show.

I'm sure there are other shows with great pilots that I've seen, but I just can't remember at the moment.

Battlestar 2004, 'Blood and Chrome' (cancelled) and Firefly had good pilots
iirc the Terminator Chronicles pilot wasn't terrible
Pilots really do have a special something to them

Is this exclusively pilot episodes for shows that launched, or just any pilot episodes including ones for shows that never happened? Because Hazbin Hotel is an obvious first-pick.

"No Smoking" from Cow and Chicken is one of my favorites.
