What do you guys think? Should Disney and Lucasfilm allow Taika Waititi to direct a Star Wars movie? He did a pretty fantastic job with "Thor: Ragnarok," "Jojo Rabbit," and the last episode of season 1 of "The Mandalorian."

Waititi and Gunn are probably the most character-driven directors over at Disney right now so I could see it being a good fit for Star Wars. However I don't think any single staff pick is gonna be the fix the movies so desperately need by themselves. Reducing the scale of their story and the number of executive producers is gonna be more effective as Mando has shown us.

As much as I love Taika's works, I'm kinda Star Wars-ed out by this point TBH.

I give it a year or two before Kennedy fires him too.
